Do you have a nightly routine?

They say that it helps to fall asleep faster when you have a nightly routine. Mine goes as follows:

Change into comfy clothes
Drink Tea
Read a book/e-book
Listen to calming music
Use the restroom
Stretch
Turn off all the lights

I also like to make sure the bedroom temperature is 70 degrees. It helps me sleep faster too.
 
Basically:

Sit on the couch
Watch TV (Local news/Conan/Friends, depending on how early I have to get up the next morning)
Get into bed in hopes that I can fall asleep
 
I do not have a set routine or anything, but generally speaking this is the typical "nightly" routine I have:
1. Take medicine
2. Use bathroom
3. Watch TV/Facebook/Check ifunny app
4. Right before I go to bed I always take my socks off. I do not like to sleep with socks...
5. Go to sleep :D
*Sometimes if I am having trouble falling asleep I will listen to Pandora (internet music radio app for smartphones)
