Its known as "Paneer" in our local language and tastes so good and is good for health and we can add that into multiple dishes, can prepare sandwiches and Indian pan bread with its stuffing and even eat it like that.

I like cottage cheese, but it has to be the small curd for me. Does your paneer have different size curds?

Paneer is actually prepared in a lot size so you can cut that into small pieces as per your requirements

Yeah...sort of. I only like a particular brand of Cottage Cheese. I'm very picky.
