Do You Participate in Class?

For those of you still in school...

Do you often participate voluntarily? Why or why not?

Have you noticed which students are either dominating discussion or shying away from it?

I only participate if no one else apparently knows the answer. Can't stand the awkward silence when everyone is just ignoring the teacher. xD

But as a rule you'll find me at the back of the classroom doing my own thing. Can't be bothered with being active.
