Do you remember every episode?

I used to remember every episode, but these days, my memory isn't what it used to be. :(

Whenever I watch a season, my memory fading as I watch more episodes. It all blurs together and I remember bits and pieces of it. But oddly enough when going back & re-watching that one episode, I suddenly remember what happens next.

It's similar for me; I remember more after rewatching something. However, I often don't have the desire to rewatch, which might be why I watch fewer series now.

Same. On some of these shows I'm watching, I'll def have to rewatch them to jog my memory. It's like being overloaded with information when you watch it all at once.

Okay, this makes me feel a little better, knowing it’s not just me

Not long-running ones (various Star Treks, Cheers, MASH). Those I just tend to remember ones that are really good or stick out for some reason (e.g. John Cleese's guest spot on Cheers is an episode I will never forget). Mini-series and short runs, maybe.

To what degree? If someone asked me to name every X-Files episode, I couldn't do it, but I do remember them when I watch them for the nth time.

I used to remember every episode of a tv show that was on back in the day, but I haven't watched it in a hot minute.
