I haven't seen a dentist for over 10 years before my last appointment with one in April 2023. I just had really shitty insurance for a decade and couldn't do much. Now that I have better medical, dental, and vision, I'm playing catch up. I have another bi-yearly appointment in October, so I'm going to try to keep up with it now.
