Do you speak English????

I had a problem with my computer so I called Microsoft Support Center. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes! Then I kept getting a recording :All techs are busy please continue to hold and your call will be answered in the order it was received.



Finally someone answered my call! I couldn't understand one word this man was saying.

After 10 minutes of trying to decipher his instructions, I asked Do you speak English? He put me on hold and never came back. Next thing I heard was a dial tone.
