I take high blood pressure pills and an antihistamine before bed to combat allergies and help wind down for the evening. My physician says that my hyper tension could just be genetic but losing the extra weight couldn't hurt so that's what I'm trying to now with hopes of getting off these meds.

I have seasonal allergies and take allergy medication when needed.

Just pills for when allergies spike and special toothpaste, otherwise no, not at this time.

Similarly, I'm on 100mg Fexofenadine for allergies - my body doesn't react well to standard coughs and colds.

The standard dosage of antihistamines just don't cut it.. ?

Nothing anymore aside from the usual over the counter crap for headaches, sore muscles, or cough.

Fortunately, I do not take medications. I may pop a pain pill here and there when I experience a headache, but other than that, no.

I don't really take anything, maybe some Paracetemol if I have a headache, not much else really.

Right now I'm on prescription antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection.

I am borderline hypertensive, so I was advised by my doctor to take an anti-hypertension pill as my maintenance every day.
