Yes, I got one for Christmas 2-3 years ago or so. I love mine and think it's made some aspects easier.
 
Bidets are not something that is common where I live at least and as much as they are available, they are very costly. I think it's a shame they cost so much to be honest as they would be ideal and a lot more hygienic as well.

I got an add-on to attach to the toilet. I honestly like it more than TP for sure.
