Music is food for the soul, they say. There are people that set the tone for the day with music. Are you the type that cannot sleep fine unless a music is playing on the background?

I used to listen to music to help me sleep when I was younger, but now it tends to do the opposite. Sound and I have a generally fickle relationship, because I have hyperacusis (I hear up to 10x louder than normal). For the most part now, when I try to sleep, I need it as quiet as possible or I get too shaken and stirred xD

I don't use music to sleep but I have heard that using music to sleep can really help. My daughter has in the past left music on low whilst she has gone to sleep and she was amazed at how much better she slept when doing that. I have yet to try it myself but I am wanting to try it just to see if it helps me.

I have a radio on in my room constantly, so yeah I do. It's usually on a classic rock station, and during Christmas it's on Christmas music stations.

I used to when I was a kid and couldn't sleep, but I sleep better with it being dark and quiet.
