not really imo, I do find them useful from time to time thought one of those things I don't use all the time but its nice to have it.Tvs are more than just tvs these days, do you use all the extra features?
Same here, I only use the TV for watching the news, I have a big monitor for the rest.I don't either, I rather not have my tv stuck in an update mode. I keep all that stuff disabled, plus most tv remotes these days suck.
it's eerie how things switch themselves back on even though we are certain we turned them off.I don't care for them. We don't enable the features. Don't need Big Brother watching & recording all we do & say. Just like with our computer. It's annoying because we have them turned off but I had read & experienced it, they can turn themselves back on. Ever notice that the smarter our appliances get, the less smart humans get?
Agree! My TV has Android TV built-in, but I never use that. If I want "smart features" like watching Netflix and other streaming apps I just use them via my Xbox.
The timer is definitely useful especially when a lot of people fall asleep watching T.V, When it’s late it just happens.Honestly? No. I don't use most of the smart features but it's good to have them when you need them. Most of my TV usage is timed. I do make use of timer to shut TV down at 1 am. And it happens with those features. Plus the scan feature makes it easy to scan most channels after updates on the TV. And also the apps are good to have for the subscription based services.
