There is one person who owes me money but I doubt I'll ever get it back. I'm okay with it though, I'd rather never talk to that individual again to be honest.

There are some, but I never expect it back when I lend people money...I think loaning money just causes problems, so I don't do it most times or I just do it and say forget about it. Probably why I'm broke now and can't afford the basics like groceries...
I've been there before. Remember to prioritize yourself and make sure that you're okay and thriving before you help anyone else. It's nice to want to help and be there for people but you need to make sure that your good because anyone else.
I can’t say anyone owes me money, but I’ve definitely lost a lot over the years for some people. I even took out a mortgage to get a place so they could live there , rent free ....for years.

Yes and she has told me that she won't repay me. I'm considering legal proceedings.
My sister borrowed $1,500 from me probably 15 years ago or more. She pays me back a little here and there when she can, but she's always pretty much broke. I told her to send the last of the money to my daughter, and she was going to make one big last payment by doing that, but then spent the money on something else instead.
Ugh, yeah actually. My roommate from like two years ago still owes me $3500 for utilities that I covered when they were "between paychecks." Classic story - they were super apologetic at the time, promised they'd pay me back as soon as their next check came in, and then just... never did.
I brought it up a few times and they kept saying "oh yeah totally, I'll Venmo you this week" but it never happened. Eventually I just stopped asking because it was making things weird and honestly the friendship wasn't worth the constant awkwardness over $3500.
We no longer live together since I eventually emigrated the country few months later.
