For those that don't know, I am a writer, and whenever I post up a large short-story or a novelette, I like to include a little drawing or piece to go with them. It doesn't have to be fancy, in-fact, I prefer the "home-made" look.

However, the website is only a month old, so I can't exactly ask my "fans" to do it for me, and ... well, quite frankly, I think my family is annoyed with me asking them.

All you have to do is draw me a picture of a fox with some kind of a background like you see in that one. It can be colored, or just sketched it pencil or pen. Draw it on a blank sheet of paper, and either scan it or take a high-quality photo.

Each entry gets 1,000 Off Topix bucks. (Provided that there's at least SOME effort)

Digital is no good? My cellphone cam isn't very high quality and my scanner doesn't work :( but then again ... if it's in a hurry, I might not make it in time. Since the earliest I can get my laptop is this Saturday or then next weeks Fri-Sat.

I usually like the "doodle" look, but digital will certainly work as well. I'm not looking for anything much, just basically a cute little "cover" for the piece.

The next short-story will be about the "Malane Museum" being robbed, if that helps with what to put in the background.

I hope to have it by June 2nd. However, I post a piece for it every month, so if you get it later, I can use it next month. :)

I'm most likely getting the laptop this saturday if nothing comes up and I have time to sketch here...so I think I probably have something ready by sunday. I know the digital pen takes away that certain traditional charm :(

I am so looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Thanks, it means a lot.

I am not a painter and I have never sketched in my life except in my primary school when I was a child and teachers usually asks to draw something, so I cannot do anything other than keep coming here to see what others had submitted.

I had somebody from another forum do a drawing for me of a fox, ... he did it with just pen.

Goddamn.

I am still looking for fox-pictures though, however, I am also now looking for a drawing of a thief.

Take your time, like I said, I post the stories once every month or so. They're long, usually about seven-thousand words apiece.

I have plans of doing at least two more this year before starting to write for a new character.

Thanks!

Sorry I'm late with the drawing, I'll post it up tomorrow in the morning.

Oh gosh, I'm so excited to see this fox!

Guys, ... um, ...

If anyone could do any of these, it's be swell..

A thief. (Medieval thief, not a burglar)
A lion. (Cute lion, not scary.)
A teenager. (brown-hair. no real designations.)

I'd love you, long time. :)

September: That Sammy Kid
October: Forever with Love
November: That Sammy Kid
December: The Adventures of Vulpecula (Done)

After I have three more drawings, (I am asking on a lot of different forums) I wont have to ask again until 2015. :p

---

Other-wise, I'll keep kicking and screaming til it happens. :p

That Sammy Kid is about a teenage-boy during his senior-year at high-school. He day-dreams a lot, has social-anxiety, and an average frame. He has medium-length hair, (brown) although, if it's black and white, it won't matter.

Forever with Love is about a smokey like group of demons.

One of them looks like he's in a suit of armor. His helm has been modified to look like a wolf-head. Other-wise, it's burnt and blackened like charcoal. Kind-of like he is seconds removed from walking out the depths of Hell. The others aren't really defined. Blank-faced, I suppose.
