It is definitely gross, but you have to do what you have to do to survive. If you don't have a single penny to your name and you need food, I suppose that's sometimes the best you'll get. You'll probably get sick, but the food is a necessity of life.

several years back, sil had a big back-up of sewage into her small basement... GROSS! pretty much everything in the room went into a big dumpster outside when insurance cleaned up. she said i was immediately crawling with people. she went out to explain that everything had come from a basement that had been flooded with SHIT, but that didn't seem to matter?!
