i stated it much more clearly in the thread about blog vs chat formats. here's my rant about it.
i'm online spreading news and entertainment media from the indie music and arts world trying to make a living. i log in to sites that demand my banking information and i log into these blog and forum sites populated with kooks out looking for trouble. i have an anti-fan club crowd of trolls who stalk me, gank my intellectual property, edit it to make me look insane and then repost it as if it's me. there's a tommy tooter imposter at facebook they refuse to take down.

a little bit of both. i used to have troll/stalk troubles a while back and added them to troll group

i'm in the indie arts community and trolling is a huge problem for us because we're posting as ourselves, planning RW events and trying to market our art, while these semi-sentient sado-masochistic sociopathic swindlers are all over the place being disruptive for fun and messing with our intellectual property because they can get away with it
