What songs stir up emotions for you? What songs are they? What emotions are associated with those songs?

In The Arms Of an Angel - Sarah McLaughlin

Makes me shed a couple tears every time I hear it. It makes me think of my mother's passing.

(She wanted this song played at her funeral too.)

Brave little soldier boy, comes marching home...

I think that's a U2 song, something something Vines.

I only heard it on Avatar: The Last Airbender (the cartoon series). Really touching episode. I almost cried.

Nice song, Nebulous! Sorry to hear that your mom passed. I'm sure you have loads of good memories of you and her being together!

Some songs for me would be:

Wonderwall - Oasis (lots of memories in there)

Don't Wanna Miss a Thing - Aerosmith

Any song from Mayday Parade

Wonderwall gets me teared up every time.

Pretty much any song by the Australian singer Delta Goodrem. I used to have a bit of a crush on her when I was younger, and when I was about 14 she was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. She beat it, but it still makes me sad as she was 17-18 at the time.

The entire album Aeroplanes over the Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel. It makes my kinda sad and peaceful.

Dan Hill's Sometimes When We Touch is beautiful, indeed. Its Over by Roy Orbison gets me. Also, I Remember L.A. gets the odd reflective moment from me (Celine Dion), and You Raise Me Up (Josh Groban) makes me cry like a bitch every time I hear it, as it was played @ my grandad's funeral. And the start and bridge of the song are just heart breaking

Immortality - Celion Dion

Angels - Robbie Williams

Both were played at my mum's funeral and bring back so many memories.
