Well, this was strange.

I was sitting in the chair earlier and my neck started hurting. I began to rub it and next thing I know, I'm laying in the floor. Hubby came over and helped me up. But it was very odd. I never fainted like that before.

How strange. I don't know anything about fainting. I wonder if it was stress related?

That is rather odd. Did you vision go dark?

Probably stress related--heaven knows I've had enough of that in my life lately.

And no--vision didn't go dark. Like I said--it was strange.

It almost sounds like you more just fell out of your chair than actually fainted. This is something I would get checked out though.

That's odd. Hope you don't pass out on us again--that'd be freaky. Maybe you should see a doctor? Poor Princess, you'll be okay. Try taking time off the net and worry about the real world and come back when you're less stressed out.

You dont need to see a doctor just because you fainted one time.

If it keeps happening then I'd get checked out.

When did you graduate and receive your medical degree? I don't have one, but if you faint for no reason, then you should probably go get that checked out. Her blood sugar level could be too low. My bro had that happen to him at school one time and they had to call paramedics, but once he took this medicine it brought it back up to normal. Just saying, because if I happen to faint and don't have a history of fainting, then I'd probably go get it checked out b/c I'm not too tough for that.

People faint sometimes, it happens. No reason to run to the doctor.. Only for them to tell you that you are fine.. Or give you some pills to make you feel like they did something, then send you on your way.

Remember, this is a Princess... The Princess of Off Topix. Keep that in mind.

The Princess of Off Topix doesn't need to go to a dr. She's fine. I just talked with her...lol.

Anyhow--turns out I did it to myself, if you can believe that. As I was rubbing the back of my neck, I pressed too hard on a nerve and it put me out. (I must be part Vulcan or something) So says my massage therapist, anyway. I have been using a cervical collar and that helps with the extra tight muscles and pinched nerves.

It's very cool actually--well, it's cool half the time anyway. One of those gel filled ones--I can either heat it in the microwave or put it in the freezer.
