The Simpsons by a nautical mile. Family Guy has such dry humour - when characters fall over really quickly on every single episode, you know that the creators are running out of ideas.

Hmm. This is a tough decision. Both the sitcoms are pretty cool. Anyways i voted for Family Guy. Its really funny, specially Stewie and Peter
