Anyone here remember this sweet show? About an Astronaut who gets sucked in through a worm hole and spat out to the other side of the Galaxy?

Sorry, never heard of it. Why did the show end?

Yeah, I watched them all. I liked the guy with the long red tentacles, I forget his name. Was he a leviathan? No, maybe that was the ship. Sorry, I'm tired and it was a long time ago. The astronaut and the feisty girl with the long black hair went on to appear in Stargate:Atlantis, I think it was. One of the offshoot Stargate series' anyway. My other half loved Farscape and all the Stargate's so I ended up watching most of them, which wasn't really a prob as I love Sci-Fi/Fantasy too.

Bummer! And I'm honestly not sure. I know it lasted 4 seasons and ended with a special mini series. I know in the 4th season, he finally made it home and stuck around for a bit.

Nah, his name was Ka D'argo. A Luxan Warrior who was falsely accused of murdering his own wife. And yeah, the Leviathan was the female living ship called Moya. And no, that was on the main Stargate show. If they ever appeared on Atlantis, I have no idea.

And shows like Star Trek aren't?

wut?...lost you there

where did i say that star trek wasnt a superb series?.....................lol

as for funding....ST wasnt funded by the shitty SciiFy channel like farscape was...ST already has a huge fanbase so any new franchise will have a head start, not like a new one........look what happened to Firefly

Lol, you didn't. I was trying to say/ask that Star Trek wasn't just as expensive, if not more so.

This was/is my husband's favorite show. I still haven't watched it yet, but I'm working on it. I got the complete series for my husband a couple years ago, I don't think I've seen him happier aside from on our wedding day, lol.

Awesome Shadow! I know last week when I went to Hastings to see if they had any box sets of the show. The only one I could find was the 3rd season. And was like 50 bucks! They did have 4 ep dvds though but I'd rather have the entire thing.
