Father's Day

Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. It is celebrated on the third Sunday of June in many countries and on other days elsewhere.

They celebrate it here, but I don't really do anything for fathers day.

This is a very hard day for me since my father passed away. He and I were very close and did everything we could together. I will be going to the cemetery and placing a card and flowers on his grave. I also sit and talk to him about things going on in my life. Lots of tears but they are all not sad tears. Some tears are remembering the happy times we shared. I miss him very much and even though it's a hard day for me, I am grateful that I had such a wonderful father.

In Romania we didn't celebrate the Father's Day.
