Who is your favorite anime villain?

One of favorite anime villains would be from Guyver: Bioboosted Armor. Richard Guyot was the 13th Zoalord who wanted to kill his colleagues and take over and rule Earth like a god. He failed.

I personally liked Frieza. As the ruler of the universe, he was very intellectual combatant and ruler. Because of how insanely powerful he was people feared and respected him. He had people lining up wanting to gain his favor.
