Of course! In that case, your body needs the energy, but it's very much dependent on the person and I've never truly needed to eat breakfast. I tend to eat 2 meals and then snack 2-3 times a day.

Haha, no. One of my jobs is retail. I am a Jill-of-all-trades there, meaning I do everything from cleaning and recovery to cashiering and unloading and stocking freight. That means lifting heavy boxes and lugging them around, breaking them down, etc. I remember putting the store together as we were getting ready for the grand opening. My manager at the time was practically tossing boxes off the truck and we had to put them in their proper categories, then lug them across the store to where they would then be unboxed and stacked. Eight+ hour days of unloading trucks and unboxing boxes was fun! /sarcasm
