Favorite Puzzle Game?

I have played a lot of scrolling puzzle games like limbo and the little nightmares. Which are mixed genre.
I want to know if there are some good puzzle games out there. Some puzzle games can be pretty much boring so having story can be good.
Do you know any good puzzle game that is worth playing?
