Favoritism

Favoritism.. Have you experienced it? Is it ethical?

Is it 'ok' in some circumstances?

Sure. At work.



In my experience.. Although for other it may be different. But at my work place.



I hear the word a lot throughout all my co workers.. and I think what they say about the mangers having this thing called Favoritism is just wrong.



It's jealously of the other person. They are just jealous that the other person gets the light load because it's favoritism. Silly no. The only reason why they get the light stuff because they are useless. They usually get the easy stuff because thats all they are good for.



I wish they understand that just stop their childish moaning and groaning.

One of the teachers I had in Middle school was like that, he would favor certain classes and say it to their face. He was an utter A hole and he is just a horrible person.
