Favourite Food Festivals?

I've been to an Xmas carnival myself, to the beers' festival and the International street food festival in my area. The best things I've had were poutine, hot-dogs, corn on the cob, German beer, eggnog for Xmas eve, churros dipped in white sugar and banana fried plantains. What's yours?

In my country, every province has its own festival. I tried to witness the celebration of the locals of their "Bangus, or milkfish festival. They had showcased different ways to cook this kind of fish, parade, etc.
