Favourite Mexican Dishes?

I myself am very fond of : beef nachos con salsa, guacamole and sour cream and onion, burritos, chilli con carne and enchiladas. And you personally?

Don't care for Mexican food that much but do like Tacos.

My problem with a lot of Mexican food is coriander, I really dislike coriander it tastes like soap. On the other hand I do like food that can be picked up and folded, so tacos, burritos, etc. are all good with me.
