Wow... I absolutely love seafood. crab, lobster, salmon, scallops you name it. I wish it was more affordable. I'd choose seafood over any steak or chicken.
My default meal whenever I'm wanting something healthier is pan fried salmon with sautéed vegetables.

Love seafood except for fish. I mean, I do eat fish but that's mainly to ensure I have a varied diet and I'm still eating healthily. I've tried crabs, prawns, and squid/octopus (are they different?). Would love to try lobster one day too.
