Favourite Sleep Position?

I personally toss and turn around in bed a lot, I’d like some comfortable sleeping positions for me please.

I don't know what might be comfortable for you, but I usually wake up in a semi-fetal position.

I'm a side sleeper. Doesn't matter which side. I just can't sleep on my back. Stomach, not so much either. Maybe half side/stomach.

I tend to toss and turn. I want to try sleeping on my back the whole time because I heard it makes your face more symmetrical, but some people said it's what causes sleep paralysis.

Yeah its so awkward to be awake and go sleep in that position. Sometimes I will end up in that position but I can't start out that way.

I had to adapt to sleeping on my back when I was 14 because of a surgery I had on my kidney, made it very hard to sleep on my sides for a few months...so I just sort of stayed that way. I don't sleep much, anyway, so it's no big deal.
