Favourite Thai Dishes?

I personally am particularly fond of : mango or pineapple curry on rice, peanut butter and sesame chicken or noodles, pad sew, pad Thai. How about you?

I have met very few Thai dishes that I didn't love, together with Vietnamese it's my favourite cuisine.

No favourite dish, it's too hard to choose.
