He's probably confused like I am. You have sent him a message that first states you can't take it anymore then you state you'd love to meet up with him again. Which is it?

I do want to meet up again, if he wants to. But if hes going to continue pissin about then i dont want that. If someone isnt interested why cant they just say so?

I think he has indirectly told you on several occasions that he's not interested. How? By making all the lame excuses he has for not being able to meet you. Then he's ignoring you even though he's online. He doesn't seem the type to openly admit that he's not interested. He's self-centered and doesn't have the balls to do it.
