Have you ever hurt someone's feelings?

I've accidentally hurt others' feelings before, and I felt really bad about it, too. At school, this girl was giving an idea on how our group could do this skit we had to do, and I couldn't help but laugh because it reminded me of something funny, and even though it was not even intended to be about her idea, it hurt her feelings. I later explained to her a thought came into my head and then she understood why I laughed. She had a good laugh at the end so I made up.

I am an insensitive, impulsive, unthinkingly tactless sort of a person. Yeah, I hurt people's feelings. Only because I've got hurt feelings. =[ If it's intentional then I won't regret it. But yeah, sometimes I'm pretty thoughtless and rant off my mouth, only to realise that I've offended someone. Then I think about it and obsess about it for ages.
