Instead of Pants.

The insanity never ends with these crazy people we actually listen to.

Well, liberals have shown enough outrage to get the Confederate flag taken down nearly everywhere. Then, TV Land canned re-runs of the Dukes of Hazzard because the General Lee proudly displays the Democratic staple on its hood.

What’s next?

Are female restroom signs offensive because women are wearing dresses instead of pants?

Yep.

From Daily Caller:

The Huffington Post is exhilarated about a Seattle-based feminist’s “truly glorious” dream to produce and sell a Badass Feminist Coloring Book.

The would-be author of the Badass Feminist Coloring Book is Ijeoma Oluo, who bills herself as “a feminist writer and speaker” in her Kickstarter funding appeal.

The Badass Feminist Coloring Book, if it becomes a reality, will contain stark, black, white and gray images of feminists along with quotes by those people.

For example, the quote under Hari Kondabolu is: “We live in a world that is so sexist that women still can’t wear pants on public restroom signs”

Kondabolu is a graduate of Bowdoin College who is eking out a living as a comedian. (Annual tuition, fees and room and board at Bowdoin is $61,354.)

If Seth Meyers and Amy Poehler weren’t such hardcore, radical Lefties, this would make for a perfect debate on SNL’s Weekend Update during the Really? with Seth and Amy segment (I know they haven’t been on the show for a while).

Another feminist featured in the prototype of the coloring book is Jenny Yang. She looks very angry in Oluo’s rendering of her. Yang’s quote is: “Find your fury.”

A third feminist featured in the prospective book is Michi Trota, a self-described community organizer who writes about geek culture.

Trota’s quote in the Badass Feminist Coloring Book is: “Your argument is invalid. Deal with it.” Oluo shows Trota crouched in some kind of ninja battle stance, wielding two blazing torches as weapons.

Hey, wait a minute! Restroom signs depicting men and women are racist, too! They’re always white!

Liberal logic, for ya.

Obviously, we can’t paint the female sign pink – that would cause feminists the world over to faint. What to do, what to do?

What’s that? Do nothing and don’t mess with tradition?

Well, I tend to agree with you!

Don’t even get me started on trans-restrooms, or the fact that a male who identifies as a woman can use the women’s restroom. That’s just wayyyyyy too ridiculous.

Might I suggest implementing the 'Ally McBeal' unisex toilets solution?

Or would someone find that offensive as well? :unsure2:

Who is Ally Mcbeall?

That's fine if it is one toilet for one person. But I don't want some transgender guy pretending to be a woman or any guy going in a bathroom with my 9 year old niece or my wife for that matter.

You never watched that show? :)

One of the reoccurring gigs was their unisex toilet, aka a place where everyone went for a round of gossiping, and the person being gossiped about was usually sitting on the toilet inside one of the compartments, listening to everything, followed by that person coming out of the compartment, instantly creating an awkward and embarrassing moment for the gossipers. :P

There are also women who will not use an 'open to anyone' public restroom because "A MAN" might walk in.

One of those is a cousin mine, and used that excuse when we were all out shopping and she wanted to go to the bathroom, but couldn't go in the store unless my wife stood outside the small restroom to make sure nobody walked in on her, With The Door Locked!

Have not watched any Comedy shows almost never except for everyone loves Raymond and Last Man Standing

I'm with Liberty on this one.

If you need a laugh track to let me know that something that was said or done was supposed to be funny, guess what?

But we are in good company:

"Half of the great comedians I've had in my shows and that I paid a lot of money to and who made my customers shriek were not only not funny to me, but I couldn't understand why they were funny to anybody."

*dusts off thread* Eight years on and we're still having a conversation about this... 🙄
