Warner Bros has released a final trailer for the final film in the Harry Potter series - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2.

In the epic finale of the world's most successful film franchise, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, reprising their roles as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

The film hosts an ensemble of co-stars including Helena Bonham Carter, Jim Broadbent, Ralph Fiennes and Emma Thomspon.

A mysterious new Harry Potter website, Pottermore.com, has also been launched to coincide with the release of the final film trailer. Fans of the boy wizard though will have to wait to find out what is in store next for their hero as the webpage, signed by author JK Rowling, simply reads Coming Soon .... An associated Twitter account, @Pottermore, has been set up and already has almost 25,000 followers.

JK Rowling's Harry Potter novels have sold more than 400 million copies worldwide and the seven movies released so far have grossed £3.9 billion in ticket sales, making Rowling the world's first billionaire author as a result.
