First Impressions

They are somewhat important. I dont really judge a person by my 1st impressions of them.



I think I made a bad 1st impression today. Someone new was moving in next door. I was taking out the trash and I didnt even look in his direction. Then when I was walking back I looked over at him and then kept walking. He goes Hello! I guess you're my new neighbor! I said Yeah, I suppose I am. then he starts making small talk with me and I said I think I hear my daughter calling me, I'd better go.

Even though she wasnt.

I just wasnt in the mood to meet someone new / have a conversation at that moment. Oh well.

I don't think I've ever made a good first impression in my life. I don't open up to new people quickly, so I'm usually just not myself around them.

For that reason, I usually don't discount anyone who's made a bad impression.
