First step to start a relationship?

[font=Georgia,]I think I'd try to talk to them everyday first for a few months then take them out for dinner. I'm the type of guy that likes to build relationship.

Saying hi is usually a good start.



It is often the hardest thing to do as well.

First thing I do is approach the guy and say hello. I then ask if he would like to join me for lunch. I make it clear that it's my treat. If he says yes then I pick a small cafe where I know we'll be able to talk. If we hit it off then the guy usually asks for my number. If we don't hit it off then at least I tried. Some guys are taken and they have told me they were flattered but couldn't take me up on my lunch offer. It's a crap shoot but if you don't try then you'll never know. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
