I do floss sometimes, but I'm out of it right now. In any case, flossing is not that hard and they tend to tell you how to floss with every cleaning visit, so I don't know why anyone who visits the dentist regularly wouldn't know how to floss properly. xD

Maybe I'm just plumb stupid. I go regularly to the dentist but this is not the way they showed me how to floss. Yep, must be me being dumb.

[Practical]

I have to floss several different ways everyday. I have braces, so I have to use two things to floss because it's hard to get between the holes between each bracket. Now, I use a red loop and put the floss through that red loop. I then put the end of the red loop (which is a point) and put it between the brackets. I then floss. It takes me 5-10 minutes to floss every single morning..and it's a pain. But, it's worth it.

I've always flossed, but I disagree with the good doctor on ONE point...you really should be using a fresh section of floss each time by moving the string through your fingers in between each tooth, otherwise your simply spreading the bacteria from one section to the next as you're moving along.

I always brush, floss, and then swish with my Cool Mint Listerine to make sure all the bacteria's gone.

I'm probably doing it wrong BUT I have severe shakes in my hands and arms, so it makes brushing teeth and flossing rather difficult. I can't hold the floss like he is in the video.
