What does everyone think of this varriant?
If two viruses can join together to make a very severe death cold then that's not good.
What does everyone else think are we doomed or will covid eventually blow over?
 
I don't think we're all doomed. My guess I'd that COVID will gradually evolve to be more infectious, and more resistant to vaccines (so we have to keep developing new ones) - but less deadly (because it's not in the virus's interests to keep killing irs hosts!).

Eventually, I expect it'll end up like the flu: annoying, but only dangerous to the people who are immunocompromised enough for flu to be dangerous to them today.

Here in Australia it’s spread everywhere now, So it definitely be another flu but I’m hoping it weaken and won’t be anything to dangerous and especially if we are vaccinated.
