Definitely the smell of fresh baked bread.
 
Fresh cut grass. Anything in nature appeals to me!
However, when we had our own breadmaker many years ago, it was nice smelling bread baking. We don't eat bread nor bake it anymore.
 
No, I just cannot tolerate wheat. Even organic bothers me. We have found some gluten free (yes, it's an acquired taste lol) mixes that helps to satisfy baked goods' needs.

Gluten free food can be less than desirable sometimes, but I suppose it’s better than nothing if you’re having a craving for something that normally has gluten.
