Friends With Benefits !!!

A friend of mine is into one of these relationships although i really don't consider it a relationship.
But in all fairness i don't know all the pro's or con's of this type of a arrangement.
So any help or comments one way or another would be greatly appreciated to help me make a more informed opinion on this.

Been there, done that. Sure its everyone's goal to get into a relationship were you both love and care for each other deeply, but sometimes you don't have those feelings for the other person and still feel the need to satisfy physical urges.
