I guess we all have them, those moments when, at best you
hope the neighbours weren't peeping through their curtains
or blinds - or at worst, you wish you could suddenly become
invisible.
I remember one time when I was walking along and looked
back behind me for some reason - then I turned back front
and smack - straight into a lamp post.
Another time, I used to live only 4 doors up from some shops.
I went down to the newsagents one day and on the way back
was reading a paper as I walked. When I finally looked up,
I'd gone about 5 houses past my own !
Both times I was convinced that everyone in the street just happened
