What else were they pitching with Game Pass?

That wasn't the goal the whole time? To have Game Pass so people buy more consoles, at the expense of game sales?
What else were they pitching with Game Pass?
Switch and PS were the game sale systems anyway.
Since Game Pass works on PCs too, it's no wonder that it affected sales. It's a shame though, I'm not really a big console war person anymore but the Xbox is the underdog, and as a Sega kid I feel bad for the brand. I know I probably shouldn't since Microsoft owns them and make plenty of money with just Windows alone but still. xD
