So let me tell you my situation. I have begun an RPG game on my board that needs a casino.

Now, I can't really have regular casino games for people to win at because how would I put something like that in a thread?

So I'm trying to think of forum games that can be played where there is a definite winner or loser. I want them to be able to make bets and if they win they keep the theoretical, money and if the lose they give it up.

I can't have something that needs to be downloaded either. It has to be a game that can be played post by post.

I have thought of a few:
  • Tic tac toe: where they swap the picture back and forth adding their X's or O's in the appropriate spaces. But then they can get a cat verdict too and didn't really want that.
  • Chess: Where you have a picture of a chess board announce your move and I alter the picture accordingly.

...see just a few...

Do you know of any games I could put in this Casino Thread, where there would be a definite winner or loser?

How about...

Pick A Letter

Or...I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 100. The person to correctly guess the number wins.

If I think of any more, I'll be back!

I guess you could try card games

I'd recommend against Tic Tac Toe, you literally can't lose if you play right (and if the other person plays right you can't win either).
