Gaming and Mood?

No, sometimes I walk away from the game either frustrated or having completion anxiety.

Whenever I am moody, I prefer to sleep instead of gaming. I have found it difficult to play games when I am sad and I don't know, if it is a challenge that I should be worried about.

Depend on what game I'm playing, if it's FPS or something like, I'm happy when I do good, otherwise I'm mad lol.

Hmm, most people say video games get them out of a bad mood, but whatever works for you. I can't sleep when I am angry personally.

My mental health and feeling better about everything is one of the reasons why I play video games if I am honest. It can help with my mood, stress, and also when I am not feeling myself. Sometimes life can get too much and just being able to shut off in video games and chill for a little while can make a huge difference.

It used to help more but now I feel it makes my mood worse more than anything. Especially lately with all the CoD I've been playing, if I'm in a bad mood to begin with and I start having some terrible matches I end up getting reaaaaaaaal mad  Thankfully I usually just end up ragequitting rather than taking it out on anyone.

Maybe if I play some single player games it would help more.

I feel instantly better every time I'm gaming, personally at least anyways. How about you? Do you feel better after gaming in your book?
I used to be this way a while ago, but I think depression and anxiety have made it difficult for me to enjoy games like I did when I was younger.
