Would you (or have) ever tattoo your significant other's name anywhere on your body?

Why or why not?

No, because if there's a really bad breakup, then you're forced to get it removed.

That's the worst thing to do, no matter how good the relationship is.

Getting a tattoo of someone's name is a bad idea, in my opinion. I wouldn't even get one of my child, and that's a bond that will never change. Just imagine how I would feel about any other names.

And no, I would never want anyone to tattoo my name either.

No, I don't want any tattoos anyway, so I definitely wouldn't want my partner's name.

Not a fan of tats, though I've mellowed on them. Still not sure I would get one.

Well, after 30+ years of marriage and 35 as a couple, I am not be too worried about that. Only the grim reaper is going to break us up at this point. But, still, having pigments injected into my skin remains rather unappealing even if it is my beloved's name.

That said, she's Chinese so IF I was going to do it, I would probably get the Chinese characters for her first name. Looks nicer while taking less skin space and no one but me and Chinese people will even know what it means.

Well its different if youre married, if youre just dating its a different story lol

I think it's a bad idea either way. My ex wife had her ex-fiancé's name tatted on her wrist in Chinese symbols for years before she got a cover up tattoo to hide it. Her family always teased and made fun of her for over it.

Hell no. I'd rather get tattoos of my cats names.
