Tell us what in the fields of science or medicine you’d choose to investigate if you had all the resources you needed. The cure for a particular disease? Space exploration? Solutions to a global problem like climate change? An invention to make daily life better in some way? Something that you’re personally passionate about, or that you see as a problem in your own family or community? Feel free to dream big!

The cure that took my Dads life which is a cure for cancer.

Immortality.
The indefinite preservation of human life by any means necessary (save sacrificing lots of life... y'know) while retaining the ability to interact with the physical world.

Would births need to be stopped in case of eternal life, if you would gain the time and knowledge by living forever to travel to other places and inhabit them? Surely though, eternal life was/would become possible only if man could handle the consequences of it, is what I think. And I don't think we humans are very responsible in the long run.

Sorry, hijacking the question ^^
