Recall your last glitch here. Numerous glitches are generally those at which can be recovered from with a simple series of clicks and or a reboot of the game, however, others can permanently screw up your saved game among other things. Whilst playing the Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands, I was struck with one. After dieing during a scene with a mistimed dive, I was placed into a room at which I had yet been, and thus both doors from the beginning to the end are sealed shut and there is absolutely no way of leaving the area or opening the doors, I've tried to reload the last checkpoint but it takes me here, obviously, and now, I have to restart the entire game and generally I would be much more furious however, this demands for me to revisit the gaming experience again, buying me a few days of which time can be killed plus besides, everything that I missed from the passed and all the game achievements will have an opportunity to be found, though this game is a prime example as to why auto-saving for these types of games, shouldn't occur and or should have the opportunity to be turned off because if you are saved into a glitch, you're screwed and your saved file is virtually useless.
Notice For Those That Had The Same Glitch: After a little bit of searching around, I have come to the knowledge that this is actually a common glitch,so much to the point at which developers have released specific ways to getting out of it. Basically, what I did was I deleted the original saved game file, leaving merely the back up, which takes you pretty far back to say the least! Now I have to get a certain sword all over again, but at least I am not starting everything over again, I guess. Looking at where I am at again, it took me extremely far back, probably about an hour or two back, this sucks. But on the bright side, not only do I not have to restart the entire thing, which would suck because I'm pretty far and for whatever reason, my stats are the same as they were from the original file, which they shouldn't be mind you but basically, I am higher in a lower area than I should be which gives me the chance to fill up my stats before beating the game, almost actually making it all worth it.
