What is the worst part about going to the dentist?

I've been many times when I was a kid, all the way up until I was 26 years old. I've had a lot of work done from pulling teeth to braces to having my teeth cleaned and capped.

I couldn't tell you, I don't know but I just hate going! Don't get me wrong I do go for my health but I really do hate it.

The sound of dental work going on while you wait to be called in. Luckily, I have good teeth and only need to go once a year for a checkup.

When I go in with my teeth feeling fine and I walk out with them in pain. Also the sounds haunt me as well.

I hate the dentist but I go every 6 months for a checkup/clean because its an important thing to do. I think the worst part is that stupid suction thing they stick in your mouth to suck up excess water whilst they clean your teeth.

Ending up at a improper one. They wanted to literally put rods in my mouth over a tooth extraction when my remove able retainer does it just fine (I back to the old one and they said that all I needed to do).

Since it was specifically for my insurance I assumed they just wanted to gold mine it and get a lump sum for such an improper and very invasive treatment option.
