Good balance?

How good is your balance? I read that having bad balance means that you might get alzheimers later in life. Not sure if that's true or not? Can you stand on one foot for a minute or more?

I can stand on my right foot just fine, but I had surgery at age 14 on my left kidney and they severed a couple of nerves, so I have no feeling in my left outer thigh and that throws my balance off at times. Not fun!

Dancing? lol, no one wants to see that from me! Two left feet and no coordination

I have had an accident and that stops me from trying out any of these stunts. But for my age I think I am doing fine with my memory. I work on wordle and quordle to exercise my brain every day
