When you were in school, how were your grades in english class?

I don't know how different American schools are but I got 2 B's in English.

I got a C in English as that's as high as I could get because I was doing foundation level.

Although for coursework my short story got an A, letter & poetry response got Bs and Shakespeare a C. Then I think I got a C overall for oral. But eh.

I always get 6/10 or higher. Without studying.

I finished Grade 12 English with a 79. Not amazing, but I got into University just fine with it.

I always had 90-100% without even studying. Of course the level was extremely low (it's only our 3rd language).

I had average marks in english. The total irony is that I ended up with a career heaviliy reliant on english skills and language.

I don't remember but knowing me I would probably have had a C or D in English.

Always an A since like sixth grade.

Got a 3. In Scotland 1 is the best grade and 7 is a fail

Usually 95+ on average. In English this year, I have a 98.
