There is a video from What Culture Gaming regarding the possible signs hinting at Half Life 3 coming out. Have we passed the era of Half Life 3 being meaningful? I loved playing them when I was younger, but it almost feels like that was a different lifetime. That being said, assuming I could run it, I would be very excited still to play HL3. I would most likely replay the previous entries in the lead up.

It might be because it doesn't carry the same value that it once did. For a lot of gamers today, I imagine that Half Life would be a lot less meaningful. I don't think it is that far fetched that a Half Life sequel could come out.
