Thank you so much everyone for my birthday wishes! Must say it was the worst birthday I've ever had. Hurricane Irene hit here with a vengence. Power went out yesterday at 1 PM and there are over 100k without power right now. I am using a generator to type this but I won't be on for long. Trees are down all over my property and I'm on a waiting list for a crew to come out and clean up the mess. Going to cost me a small fortune for this!

Several roads are flooded and closed. I got called out to work and it was a mess everywhere we went. One one death last night. A tree came down on top of a car and the woman was killed instantly.
